Wilber's Barbecue in Goldsboro, North Carolina has been open since 1962, serving eastern barbeque (vinegar based). The barbecue is smoked on site. President George W. Bush, Sr., President Clinton, governors, and other celebrities have enjoyed Wilber's Barbecue.
