Taggarts Ice Cream was established in 1926 in Canton, Ohio. We are not sure how long Taggarts has been at this location in Magnolia, Ohio.

According to their website, "The most famous Taggarts legacy is the Bittner - invented in 1931 and named in honor of a delivery boy. This is a secret mixture of vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and pecans from a special supplier in Georgia.
