The Hotel Blessing Coffee Shop in Blessing, Texas has been open for over 100 years. It opened in 1907. Located at the back of the Hotel Blessing. A writer for CNN, Wayne Drash, called it "The best dang food joint in Texas" and wrote an article about it with that title: http://www.cnn.com/2010/LIVING/09/06/texas.food.joint/index.html?hpt=C2

The tables and chairs are the original tables and chairs that have been there since it opened. Serving breakfast and lunch. The historic Hotel Blessing, where the coffee shop is located, has 25 rooms.
