Biff Burger is an original 50's restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida. BIFF stands for "Best in Fast Food". Biff Burger was a chain of restaurants that began in Clearwater, Florida, and there used to be many Biff Burger restaurants in the US, but this is the last restaurant left with the "Biff Burger" name. There is one other Biff Burger restaurant that now goes by the name "Beef Burger", located in Greensboro, North Carolina: http://www.retropolis.com/dining/beef-burger
