About

Beef Burger in Greensboro, North Carolina originally opened in the 1950's or 60's, and was once known as "Biff Burger". Biff Burger was a fast food restaurant chain that began in Florida, and there were once many Biff Burger restaurants in the United States. There is still a Biff Burger that goes by the Biff Burger name, located in St. Petersburg, Florida: http://www.retropolis.com/dining/biff-burger

Other than that, Beef Burger in Greensboro, NC is the only other Biff Burger building that remains a burger restaurant, although the Greensboro restaurant is now called Beef Burger instead of Biff Burger. BIFF stands for Best In Fast Food.

Regardless of the name change, Beef Burger still serves old fashioned burgers. The burgers rotate as they are grilled.
