Ganado Cinema

 Ganado Cinema is an original late 1930's movie theater, completed in 1941. It has been modernized with more comfortable, modern seating, but still retains it's original vintage charm. Ganado Cinema was once part of the original J.D. Long Theater chain. Alabama Theatre

The Alabama Theatre in Birmingham, Alabama is an original 1920's theatre that opened in 1927. This theatre shows films and has live shows. The pipe organ at the Alabama Theatre is a  Wurlitzer Opus 1783.

The Varsity Theatre

The Varsity Theatre in Chapel Hill, North Carolina was established in the 1950's. The Sorrell Building, where it is located, was built in 1927 as the Carolina Theater. It was later known as the Village Theater. It became the Varisty Theatre in the 50's.  

The Varsity Theatre is located on E. Franklin Street between Columbia and Henderson.

Dells Theatre

The Dells Theatre is a 1920's or 1930's art deco theater in Dell Rapids, South Dakota. The walls in the auditorium have restored original hand painted stencil designs and restored light fixtures.

We are not sure of the age of Ritz Theater in Clinton, TN, but it's definitely an older theater.

Latchis Theatre

The Latchis Theatre is a 1930's art deco / Greek Revival theatre in Brattleboro, Vermont. It is part of the Latchis Memorial Building, which was built in 1938 as a "Town within a town - under one roof." This theater has four screens that show first run, art and independent films 52 weeks a year. The Latchis Memorial Building also has a hotel.

Eagles Theatre

The Eagles Theatre in Indiana opened in 1906 and was originally a vaudeville theater for live performances. In the 1930's it was remodeled into an art deco movie theater.

The Oldham Theater

We're not sure when the The Oldham Theater in Winchester, Tennessee was built, but it still has it's original neon marquee and neon signs. The Oldham still shows movies today.
