Bill Ellis Barbecue / Bill's BBQ

Bill's Barbecue in Wilson, North Carolina was established in 1963. Bill's serves Eastern North Carolina barbecue - vinegar-based. Bill's BBQ is world famous for it's barbecue and chicken. People love the hushpuppies too. You name it. This place is popular! I think it's about 5 mins. off of I-95 (maybe someone who lives nearby can verify how far it is from I-95), so if you're traveling north or south on I-95 you can even get take-out at Bill's BBQ to take with you. read more...
