We're not sure when The Golden Gate Diner in Allentown, Pennsylvania was built, but we're estimating the 1950's. Fans of Googie Architecture will enjoy it's zig-zag roof-line.

We're not sure how long the Whitehall Family Diner Restaurant in Whitehall, Pennsylvania has been open. Perhaps the 1950's? Those who love vintage restaurant signs will love the giant arrow sign pointing people to this restaurant. Open 24 hours.

The Motor-Vu Drive-In Movie Theater in Tooele / Erda, Utah has a beautiful mountain view. We do not know when this drive-in was built, but it has most likely been there since the 40's or 50's.

Echo Drive-in Theatre

The Echo Drive-in Movie Theatre in Roosevelt, Utah opened in the 1940's or 50's. It still has a great vintage drive-in sign greeting people as they drive in to the theatre. We do not know the exact address of this drive-in. Their website lists it as Highway 40 West in Roosevelt, UT. However, when I did a Google Maps search for Highway 40 West in Roosevelt, it wouldn't come up. On a map, it shows that S. Sunset Drive meets Highway 40 across the street from the theatre (that might help you find it on a map).

Maurice's BBQ Piggie Park originally opened at this location in 1953. You can't miss it on Charleston Highway because of the tremendous 100 foot tall vintage Bar-B-Q sign with a pig on it. It lights up at night - dazzling! A vintage gem of a sign! Today there are multiple Maurice's Barbecue locations in South Carolina!
