Clearman's North Woods Inn in San Gabriel, California is very well loved by those who appreciate a restaurant with the original old-school decor. The restaurant is designed to look like a log cabin or tavern up north, with fake snow on the roof, lanterns, log walls, beams across the ceiling, and stained glass windows and lamps. Colonial Kitchen is a diner restaurant in San Marino, California. We're not sure when it was built, but it has had the same decor for many years. Elvis fans will love the Elvis room.

Diner on Main is an original Googie diner in Alhambra, California, designed by Googie architectural firm Armet & Davis. We are not sure if it was built in the 50's or 60's. The diner was originally named Prebles. Then, it was known as Sandi's Family restaurant. And now, it is known as Diner on Main. Diner on Main is a 50's theme restaurant with Marilyn Monroe and James Dean on the walls (not the original decor from when this diner was built).
