Maurice's BBQ Piggie Park originally opened at this location in 1953. You can't miss it on Charleston Highway because of the tremendous 100 foot tall vintage Bar-B-Q sign with a pig on it. It lights up at night - dazzling! A vintage gem of a sign! Today there are multiple Maurice's Barbecue locations in South Carolina!

Tom's Ice Cream Bowl is an original 1950's ice cream restaurant in Zanesville, Ohio. Two cousins began the business on Linden Avenue in 1948. Soon, they needed to move to another location because the building was too small, so they moved to the current location at 532 McIntire Avenue in Zanesville. Note: I tried to find the address on Google, but it wouldn't not come up in Zanesville; I could only find it on the map under West Zanesville, so I had to list the address below as West Zanesville even though the Tom's Ice Cream Bowl website has it listed as Zanesville.  read more...
