Soldier in NC reunites with his son

Although this video may be somewhat off topic from my usual antique / vintage / retro blogs, it does make a sweet ending to North Carolina, and it celebrates something timeless and ancient - the love of a father and son. Since Father's Day will be coming up in June, I just want to personally thank all the fathers in the military who are overseas or who have had to spend any time away from their children and families. A special Happy Father's Day MONTH to them! A big THANK YOU to all the military mothers too!

This video shows that no matter how long a father who is a soldier, and his child are apart, no matter how many miles are between them, the love remains as strong as ever.
