Retro Movie - The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio

If you love movies that take you back in time to the 40's and 50's, you'll love The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio. It's based on a true story about a woman who enters as many contests as she can. She made a career out of entering contests, which helped her give her ten children a better life. Seeing her win in this movie is always a thrill. 

It's not all about her prize winning though. The film also shows the difficulty she had dealing with her husband. Be prepared for a mix of emotions. I'll just leave it at that for now.
