Judy Garland Laughing
The lovely and talented Judy Garland would have been 88 today if she were still alive. I found this video of an audio track of her laughing (Thank you to nimbusmiranda for posting it on YouTube!), and it certainly put a big smile on my face. It's an outtake from when she was performing the song "Swanee" for the movie "A Star is Born". What a great laugh! If you keep listening, you will find yourself amazed at the talent she displays soon after laughing. The strength of her voice - WHOAH. And check out that last note! WOW!
Judy Garland had a very mature voice at such a young age. I found an audio track (in a YouTube video) of Judy Garland's first radio performance when she was only 13 years old. She sounds so much older than that! Can you imagine any 13 year olds sounding like this today? This is Judy Garland's radio recording of "Broadway Rhythm" at age 13: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmu3ud-6NFI
She was even a talented dancer at the young age of 7. This is Judy Garland with The Gumm Sisters in 1929:

She is the youngest of her three sisters. Back then she was known as Frances "Baby" Gumm.
Happy Birthday Frances Ethel Gumm, a.k.a. Judy Garland!
