It's North Carolina Week! Let's start with a stop by an old produce stand.

Since Retropolis is based in North Carolina, we wanted to pay a special tribute to this great state that we now call home.

During the spring, summer, and fall you will find a variety of produce stands throughout North Carolina. Usually we discover them by accident when we decide to take country roads. The fruit and vegetables are fresh, the people are friendly, and you may even find home made crafts, breads, or baked goods there as well. We haven't been to the one in this video (Tallent's Produce Stand), but it's one of the oldest in that area. It's located in Franklin, NC, which is in the Smoky Mountains near Georgia.
