Happy St. Patrick's Day! Do a little Irish jig and learn how to make corned beef and cabbage with Fat Dave at O'Neill's Restaurant in Maspeth, New York.

My mom has made corned beef and cabbage once a year -  every St. Patrick's Day for as long as I can remember, and I know my family isn't alone in this Irish tradition.
