From 50's Television to Today's Television, Betty White at 90 Still Shines!

Today the beautiful and talented Betty White celebrates her 90th birthday.  Not only does she still shine, but she shines brighter than ever! 
 

I first became aware of the talent of Betty White while watching "Golden Girls". Even though I was still just a kid when the show began, I loved and appreciated the humor of these women who were much older than me. Betty White's character was my favorite - Rose Nylund. I always looked forward to her long, drawn out hilarious stories. 

I didn't know then that Betty White already had a long career in TV, although she certainly seemed like a natural and a pro at acting. As I got older, I began to discover more about Betty White's career. The video clip above shows her in a sitcom called "Life With Elizabeth" that aired from 1953 - 1955. Her adorable smile is just the same now as it was then. Thank you to hwy61media for posting that clip on YouTube.

I didn't know until recently that Betty White can sing! She has a beautiful voice!
